One Christmas Bear written and illustrated by Anne Vittur Kennedy review and giveaway

It is so hard for me to resist a children's book!  They are just so colorful and fun.  One Christmas Bear is no exception.  This board book is cut out along the top and right-hand side making it stand out; add the multi-dimensional front with a glitter-like texture and your child's attention will surely be drawn to One Christmas Bear.  I do want to emphasize that the cover has a glitter-like texture.  It isn't actually made of glitter, so I don't believe that you need worry if your adorable little one puts the book straight into their mouth.  Reinforcing early learning skills, One Christmas Bear is a counting book.  As the story moves from 1 - 10 there are more and more adorable rhyming animal antics at Christmastime.

Channing O'Banning and the Rainforest Rescue written by Angela Spady and illustrated by Tammie Lyon

Fourth-grader Channing is one fast, run-on sentence. I love it. She is a little whirling dervish; quirky, zany, but a wee bit jealous.  She has a bit of an issue with misplaced blame as most fourth graders tend to do.
